This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) is issued by The Lottery Math (together with its owner and operators, “The Lottery Math,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and sets forth the manner in which we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information in connection with the website located at thelotterymath.com, together with all subdomains, content, tools, features, paid products, and communications made available thereon or therethrough (collectively, the “Site”).

This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and forms an integral part of, our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use. This Policy does not apply to any information collected by third parties, whether through websites linked from the Site or otherwise.

For purposes of this Policy:

• “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with an identified or identifiable natural person, and includes “personal data” and “personal information” as those terms are defined under Applicable Law;

We do not request, and you should not provide, the names or other identifying information of third parties in connection with any paid report.

3.2 Payment Information. Payment card and billing information is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We do not receive, access, or retain complete payment card numbers.

3.3 Information Collected Automatically. When you access or use the Site, we and our Service Providers may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including, without limitation, Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, and the dates and times of access.

3.4 Local Storage. The Site may store certain preferences, such as display settings and notification preferences, within your browser's local storage. Such information resides on your device and may be deleted by you at any time through your browser settings.

3.5 Calculator Inputs. Inputs entered into the free calculator are processed within your browser and are not retained by us.

5.1 Analytics. We utilize Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate usage of the Site. Such service does not employ cookies and is not used to compile cross-site profiles of individual users.

5.2 Advertising. The Site incorporates code provided by Google AdSense and may display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this Site and/or other sites on the internet. 5.3 Opt-Out. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Users may also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

5.4 Payment Processing. Our payment processor may deploy cookies on its hosted checkout pages for purposes of transaction processing and fraud prevention, subject to its own privacy policy.

5.5 Browser Controls. Most web browsers permit you to refuse or delete cookies. Please be advised that disabling cookies may impair the functionality of certain features of the Site, including checkout.

We do not sell Personal Information. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers. To Service Providers engaged to perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting and analytics (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe), subject to contractual or other obligations commensurate with the services rendered;

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Transaction records are retained by our payment processor in accordance with its policies and Applicable Law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of any information. Access links to paid reports are unique to the applicable purchase, and you are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality.

9.1 General. Subject to Applicable Law and to certain exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of processing of, or a portable copy of your Personal Information; to object to certain processing; and to withdraw any consent previously provided, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by means of the link contained in each such communication.

9.2 European Economic Area and United Kingdom. Where the General Data Protection Regulation or the UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process Personal Information on the following legal bases: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

9.3 California and Other U.S. States. Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have the right to know, access, correct, and delete Personal Information, and to opt out of the sale of Personal Information, the “sharing” of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the processing of Personal Information for targeted advertising. We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration.
